4. Custom Orders

Custom designs are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once approved.
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or images you submit do not infringe on the rights of others. By submitting custom content, you grant The T-Shirt Crafters permission to print and fulfill your order.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through Shopify’s payment gateway.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require 3–5 business days.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
To start a return, please contact support@thetshirtcrafters.com with your order number and reason for return.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and images on this website are the intellectual property of The T-Shirt Crafters.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content or designs without written permission.
